General terms:
⛧ I am currently full time in college, art will not always be the first thing I can do (even though I would much rather draw all day, trust me). I try my best to time manage between school, work, and art! I regularly post updates in my server for when I’m available and anything that may pop up and interfere with my commissions!⛧ Prices can be talked about, they are generally based around the minimum wage for my area. ($15)⛧ I do NOT do extreme fetish art, I will not negotiate this. You are more than welcome to ask about these!⛧ I WILL do SFW / NSFW art, it is your responsibility to describe which you are looking for.⛧ I will only work with drawn references that can be easily understood UNLESS in the case of a free range / moodboard commission⛧ Turn around time varies from time of year and what I have going on! I try not to exceed 3-4 months, 5 months will be my maximum. Some commissions will be done sooner rather than later, it’s case by case! Don’t be afraid to DM about updates, I don’t charge whatsoever for things of that nature. Again, my server is the BEST way to gain information about my commission statuses and WIP updates. Trello is also kept up to date as much as possible!
Artist's rights:
⛧ I am allowed to use the art I created for you as examples, I will do so crediting the owner (you) and watermarking to prevent theft.⛧ I am allowed to decline any order or change prices when I deem fit, these are non negotiable / not by request. I know my limits and how much time is put into the pieces provided.⛧ I am allowed and WILL block individuals who do not follow my TOS or have not read my commission description prices.⛧ Do not complain about the prices, these are all adjusted and based on time spent and quality! I do not overcharge for poor effort or poor quality, plain and simple. (Minimum wage = $15)⛧ I am allowed to cancel any order due to personal reasons BEFORE payment.
Customer Rights:
⛧ You are welcome to ask as many questions about the process and ask for updates.⛧ You may request things to be changed, removed, or added at any time throughout the process. I will not charge as long as it is not AFTER finalization. You MAY NOT request super intensive changes, make sure the linework is how you want it then I’ll move forward, make sure the flat colors are placed where you like then I’ll move forward, etc. (I WILL request payment for heavy add ons and alterations, only because I ask extensively for customer opinions and alterations to be made. When you decide to add way too much work for what you paid for I will decline or charge.)⛧ If you are ever feeling like you may need to cancel your order, you may do so BEFORE the sketch stage of the commission process is complete + first deposit has been sent.⛧ More TBA
About Process:
⛧ Commission Intake:
You may send a DM via Instagram, Twitter, Discord.
From there you will need to add to your initial message:
✧ - Commission Type (EX: Bust Shot, SFW + NSFW versions)
✧ - Pose Details (References + Text ONLY)
✧ - Character(s) DrawnIf I accept the request we will move to the next stage after discussing payment.⛧ Linework Stage:
This is the stage where I will begin my guide lines and work on finalizing linework. This is where 50% of the commission fee is due, if you cannot pay within 48 hours your commission will be voided. (Repeated failure to make 50% of the payment will lead to being blacklisted.)⛧ Flat Color Stage:
This stage ensures correct placement of colors and provides an overview of progress so far.⛧ Finished Stage:
Once the piece is completed in its entirety, the remaining 50% of the payment is due. Failure to complete this payment within 48 hours will result in the piece not being unwatermarked. Lack of communication beforehand may lead to blacklisting.⛧ Finalization:
At this stage, everyone is satisfied and all payments have been settled. Adjustments will not be accepted after 48 hours, so please take this time to thoroughly review and consider any changes you might require.
About refunds:
⛧ I do offer refunds for fully paid upfront commissions, you can choose whether you would like to do this or not!
REFUND REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Lack of communication
2.) Lack of updates (even drop ins) for 2 weeks. (CHECK SERVER FIRST)
3.) Not finished within 5 months (or the extended timeframe)I stay on top of my commissions and if I feel I will need to back out of a commission you will never have to argue or fight for your refund, it will be done IMMEDIATELY.
